Now leading ebook publishing and web platform development for Trade publisher Pan Macmillan, James has wide-ranging experience of digital publishing. He is responsible for integration of the digital publishing workflow and the creation of a web platform that delivers a new experience for consumers and new a new online capability for the business. He has been a project manager for Webby award-winning nature.com, leading a number of XML-based online publishing projects. Prior to joining Macmillan he was user experience designer for a global data intelligence company, transforming the product design methodology within their corporate publishing channels to be more user friendly. And he has been an editorial assistant, a radio book reviewer and a bookseller.
