Carmen Ospina

As Digital Manager at Random House Mondadori, Carmen Ospina oversees the group’s online marketing team and its digital program. She was involved in the creation and launch of Spain’s largest digital distribution platform, Libranda, a joint venture between RHM and other Spanish publishers, and currently sits in its operating committee. She oversees and coordinates all app projects with RHM’s publishing divisions and is responsible for contract negotiation and account relationships with new digital partners in Spain and internationally.

Born and raised in Colombia, Carmen lived in New York for eight years where she edited Críticas, a magazine created by Publishers Weekly and dedicated to covering the Spanish-language book market in the U.S., and worked as a freelance journalist for World Press Review and NY1 Noticias. She has lived in Barcelona since 2006.
