Terri is one of three founders of Brain Hive, LLC, which launched in June 2012 as a division of Lerner Universal Corporation. Terri is responsible for business, product and marketing strategy.

Terri also serves as Vice President of Marketing & Digital Strategy for sister company, Lerner Publishing Group, overseeing digital products, marketing and publicity for the publishing house's 13 imprints and divisions. Prior to joining Lerner Universal Corporation, she was Vice President of Marketing at PLATO Learning from 2003-2009. Terri has been in software marketing, EdTech and publishing now for over 20 years with a personal and professional mission for joining exceptional content with technology in an accessible and affordable way to improve teaching and learning in our nation's schools.
